Creating InnovatorsWe help the next generation to become 'young innovators' so that they can thrive in the changing world of work.
We draw inspiration from Dr Tony Wagner of Harvard University. In his book Creating Innovators, he emphasises: - Collaboration (rather than Individual Achievement) - Problem-based, Multi-disciplinary learning (rather than Specialisation) - Trial and Error & Surviving Failure (rather than Risk Avoidance) - Creating (rather than Consuming) - Intrinsic Motivation (rather than Extrinsic) You can watch Wagner explaining these ideas in the video below. |
